Our company’s King Air C90B was on the market for just over a week and we got more than asking price. Your methodology should be a roadmap for brokers who wish to be successful. You flew to our small town to see the aircraft, spent several hours reviewing the logbooks and aircraft, and compiled a list of recommended cosmetic upgrades and mechanical repairs.
While the work was in progress, you sent us photos and progress updates of the mechanical work. This really helped us make decisions real-time (and control expenditures) while the repairs were in progress.
The fact you are not only a pilot but a licensed A & P gives you a distinct advantage over others. You talk to potential buyers in detail not only from a pilot’s standpoint, but also convey information about the power plant that would normally get lost in translation.
I strongly recommend Concentric Aviation for any buyer or seller of high-end aircraft. Thanks again for the great sale.
I strongly recommend the services of Brian Hoffman and Concentric Aviation. Brian assisted me with every aspect of placing a Challenger 350 aircraft in service in record time. He assisted me with locating the aircraft, inspecting the aircraft, negotiating the purchase agreement, arranging favorable financing, building the legal and accounting team, selecting an aircraft manager, and taking delivery of the aircraft. He saved me a significant amount of money and made sure that the transaction was structured to meet all legal and regulatory requirements. As a first time aircraft owner, I simply can’t imagine undertaking this very complicated transaction without an expert like Brian.
I have been working with Brian Hoffman since 2012. He has been instrumental in helping us identify and purchase an aircraft. Brian suggested that I consider another potential model. This was a real buying opportunity that I would have missed without his advice. He had the knowledge to be sure we got a solid airplane without a problem history. The result has been a terrific airplane at a real bargain price. Brian also helped us sell an aircraft. This always involves inspections and logistics that I couldn’t handle even after having experienced it. This process went smoothly throughout. Brian has a depth of knowledge, experience, and industry contacts that cannot be easily replicated. I would not buy or sell an airplane without his counsel.
I recently hired Brian Hoffman to provide technical representation and pre-purchase oversight during my acquisition of a pre-owned Pilatus PC-12. Throughout the entire process, Brian was extremely thorough, detail-oriented, and excelled at keeping me informed of the project status. On my behalf, Brian performed a complete records review, detailed visual examination, and conducted the test flight to ensure all aircraft systems were functioning as designed prior to the transaction closing. Brian’s performance ensured I acquired an airworthy airplane, and I would not hesitate to engage Concentric Aviation for future projects!
I met Brian Hoffman in 2008 when he was leading the company I selected to manage and operate my newly-acquired King Air 350. Our relationship has developed into one of mutual trust and respect, and I can always count on Brian to give me sound advice and realistic feedback regarding the operation of my airplane. When it came time to sell, Concentric Aviation was my one and only phone call. I knew Brian’s attention to detail, knowledge of market conditions, and ability to consider the needs of both parties in the transaction would be instrumental in finding the right buyer for the airplane. I was extremely impressed with Brian’s performance, which resulted in a smooth, timely, and mutually-beneficial sales transaction. I am very happy to have Brian as my personal aviation expert……..and you will be too!
I have had the very good fortune to have worked with Brian Hoffman and Business Jet Access for almost a decade. These experiences range from straightforward trip charters, to “charter vs. fractional vs. buy” decision modeling, to due diligence of prospective aircraft acquisitions, to an advisory assignment for a completed aircraft acquisition to a design and advisory assignment for an aircraft “retrofit”. Each of these assignments went off flawlessly with consummate attention given to safety concerns, and were executed with professional discipline AND discretion. However, that is NOT what separates Brian from the rest of a capable and competitive field. Brian is a TRUE PARTNER – said differently, “you can TRUST Brian with your wallet”. I do!
